All the staff and workers are enjoying Earned leave/ Recreation leave for 14 days/year besides enjoyment of other leaves. For entertainment of the staff and workers along with the management one picnic is arranged and various games competition, sports are also separately arranged for the Male and Female staff and attractive prizes are offered for the short listed candidate in every year.

7th October is the founding anniversary of Bandbox. In order to make it more colorful among the workers, staff and management every year we arrange different function, Funs etc. For example, last year we observed it in the "BRAC Centre Auditorium" having the fun, cultural & Musical program followed by dinner. Last year in the same day a number of people having 140 persons had the day long program in the entertainment city "Fantasy Kingdom", Ashulia, Savar with a lot of rides.
